Job Description Immediate need for a talented SAP Ariba Procurement & Accounts Payable Operations Specialist. Job ID: 26-03089 Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Full-time employee benefits as per client policy (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holidays, Retirement, etc.) Key Responsibilities: Create, review, correct, and submit purchase orders in SAP Ariba Investigate and resolve invoice and PO mismatches (pricing, quantity, receipt, and data issues) Troubleshoot blocked or rejected invoices and identify root causes preventing payment Partner closely with Accounts Payable to resolve outstanding invoices and clear backlogs Support the site with supplier invoice payment rejections and provide guidance on corrective actions Communicate directly with suppliers to update customer master data, including W-9s, remittance details, and billing information Track and manage issue resolution, escalating systemic or recurring issues as needed Deliver accurate, timely results while supporting high-volume, transactional procurement and AP operations Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 5–8 years of experience in procurement operations, accounts payable operations, or contract administration Hands-on SAP Ariba experience (required) Strong understanding of purchase order lifecycle and invoice-to-pay (I2P / P2P) processes Experience resolving invoice discrepancies, payment blocks, and supplier issues Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reconciliation, reporting) Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience working directly with suppliers Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results quickly Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
