A well-established international manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead the financial operations of its U.S. office, located in Montgomery County, PA. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role at a growing organization that specializes in precision equipment and solutions for regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and advanced consumer products. As Director of Finance, you’ll serve as the key financial leader for the U.S. entity — overseeing planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic finance functions while working closely with both domestic leadership and global headquarters. What You’ll Do: ? Own the full financial cycle — budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and reporting (P&L, cash flow, etc.) ? Manage cost and inventory accounting for high-value equipment and parts ? Lead internal controls and risk management efforts ? Support strategic initiatives across pricing, capital investment, and operations ? Act as the main finance liaison to global HQ and oversee consolidated reporting ? Build and mentor a lean, high-performing finance team ? Drive ERP reporting and data systems integrations What We’re Looking For: ? 8 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or capital equipment industries ? Strong background in cost accounting, GAAP, and inventory (ASC 330) ? ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), plus strong Excel and reporting tool skills ? CPA preferred; MBA a plus ? Experience in cross-border or global company environments strongly preferred ? You enjoy collaborating across departments and thrive in a hands-on leadership role Why You’ll Love This Role: ?
