As a In-House Collections Representative, you'll be joining a solid team of finance professionals to manage accounts and contact customers to collect past due balances and set up payment plans. The ideal candidate for the In-House Collections Representative position will have a minimum of 3 years experience in collections or other related finance industries as well as a proven history of great customer service. Don't miss out, apply today!

Job Details for the In-House Collections Representative:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full time with FLEXIBLE START TIMES between 7:45am-9:00am
• Pay Rate: $19-21/hr (negotiable based on experience) Job Responsibilities & Description for the In-House Collections Representative:
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Reach out to customers to inform of past due balances, collect payments, and assist with payment plan setup
  • Process refunds and credit card payments
  • Manage updated account information and memberships renewals/ extensions/ cancellations
  • Answer customer questions in regards to payment and account-related issues
  • Research customer account information, payment history, and documentation as needed Job Requirements for the In-House Collections Representative :
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Must have outstanding mathematical and analytical skills
    • Must be detail-oriented
    • Must have at least 3 years of experience in collections or other finance-related fields
