Investment Banking Associate - IndustrialsCountry: United States of AmericaJob DescriptionEssential -Functions/Responsibility -Statements:

• Provides support to senior bankers.
• Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.
• Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
• Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading -comparables, transaction -comparables -and LBO analysis.
• Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.
• Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with -any and all -applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA (Preferred).Work Experience:
    • 3+ year of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1+ years with a MBA in -Industrials Investment Banking.Skills and Abilities:
      • Demonstrated knowledge of -corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Industrials.
      • Expert -knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced -financial modeling skills.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.Base Pay RangeMinimum:$131,250.00 USDMaximum:$225,000.00 USD
