Job Description:

Phoebe Ministries is hiring a -Full-Time -Financial Counselor I -for our -Chestnut Ridge -Campus. -Phoebe Perks:

• Service Award & Recognition Gift Cards -Responsibilities:Records and reconciles facility's daily census and validates census information. Completes financial asset updates for all current residents and maintains current financial records. -Monitor residents that are benevolent pending. -Processes monthly resident statements and responds to all inquiries related to the billing statement's and charges. -Accumulates and enters defined ancillary charges for residents. -Processes all resident refunds and all financial payments related to move ins per contract terms. -Accepts and log cash receipts in accordance with cash posting process.Education and Experience:
  • Degree or some course work in Business Administration or related course of study preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in related positions required.
