Federal Credit Union in Allentown, Pennsylvania!Air Products is a

accountable for APCI's Federal Credit Union's (FCU) daily general
ledger analysis, reconcilements, accounts payable, accounts
receivable and financial reporting in accordance with APCI FCU,
NCUA, Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. and other relevant policies,
procedures, and regulatory requirements.Nature and Scope: The
position is a member of the APCI FCU's Accounting team and reports
to the APCI FCU Controller. The position is required to assist with
processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. The
position responsibilities may also include assisting Controller
with the month end financial close.APCI FCU provides financial
services to the Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. and Versum
Materials employees and members of their immediate family and
households. The APCI FCU provides a broad range of financial
related products and services including mobile banking, remote
deposit capture, vehicle loans, refinance mortgage loans, personal
loans, MasterCard, savings, checking, share certificates and IRA's.
Loan amounts range from $500 to $1,200,000 while individual member
deposits range from $5 to over $1,000,000.While having only a
single physical location in Allentown, PA, the APCI FCU's members
span over the 50 U.S. states in addition to a small international
contingent. Larger member concentrations are located in
Pennsylvania, Texas, California, Arizona, and Louisiana. The APCI
FCU reaches its members through a variety of channels including
internet, mobile app, telephone, outbound calls, and direct mail.No
staff report to this position.Principal accountabilitiesAnalyze,
reconcile, and provide daily reports on general ledger
accounts.Perform daily debit settlement as well as ATM, Debit and
ACH general ledger entries.Maintain the Prologue Investment module
and prepare monthly reports.Process the import of Prologue general
ledger transactions to the Jack Henry core system and retrieve and
post MasterCard balancing entries to the general ledger
daily.Maintain the prepaid expenses and fixed assets schedules and
modules.Complete ALLL and CECL calculations in Sageworks/Abrigo
application and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.Perform
monthly Loan Participation reconciliation.Assist in the preparation
of the quarterly Call Report.Assist in the closing of the Prologue
Investment module.Perform the Accounts Payable functions.Maintain
confidentiality of member and APCI FCU non-public
information.Create and present recommendations which create APCI
FCU member value while supporting the APCI FCU's reputation, goals
and mission.Perform other duties and complete projects as assigned
by the APCI FCU President/CEO, CFO, Controller or Board of
Directors.Job requirementsIncumbent is expected to have a BS in
Accounting or equivalent accounting competencies and 3 - 5 years of
accounting experience. There is an added advantage if the incumbent
has financial institution experience.Incumbent will have strong
interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.Incumbent will
have the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of
attention to detail and accuracy.Incumbent will be a self-starter,
creative thinker and problem solver.Incumbent will have proficient
to advanced Excel and Word skills along with strong written and
verbal communication skills. Experience with the Prologue
Accounting/Investment and Jack Henry Episys systems is a
plus.Incumbent must have the ability to work independently as well
