Don's Prepared Foods / Aldon Food Coproration is a manufacturer of high-quality small batch salads and dips. All handmade using only clean and simple ingredients. Don's is located in Schwenksville, PA. We are currently looking for a candidate to join our Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities:
Supports the accounting ope rations by updating spreadsheets, and reconciling statements.
Completes all paperwork and enters information into computer for new customers.
Maintains inventory credits and credit memos.
Reconcile inventory issues and discrepancies and adjust if necessary. Help find root cause of inventory issues and follow up on those issues.
Manage Electric Data Interface (EDI) issues.
Enters and maintains one-off pricing.
Reviews customer's orders for pricing accuracy.
Enter, track, and maintain customer promos, and marketing information.
Post and track customer payments, deposits, and deductions on spreadsheets.
Cross train in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, to be able to perform those positions when needed.
Answer phone when necessary and take customer orders.

Competencies:
Must have at least one year of accounting experience.
Must have a strong knowledge of general accounting procedures.
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Must have excellent attendance / tardiness record.

Must pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
